Who we are

Watch & Do is run by vpinsights, CVR 43262114, Bryggerstien 1, 4030 Tune, Denmark. vpinsights is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@watchanddo.com.

What we collect

Through the request form, only what you send us: your work email, the links you add, what you write about the video, the files you upload (screen recordings or screenshots), the kind of video you pick, your answers to the optional questions and whether you have a demo account for us.

Why we collect it

To make the video you asked for and to email you about it. We use it for nothing else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

If no order follows, we delete your request and your files within 90 days. If you order, we keep what we need to deliver the video and what the law requires for our accounts.

Who sees it

Only us. We never sell your information or share it with anyone. Your request is sent to us by email through our web host, Simply.com, which only stores it for us.

If we email your company

We sometimes email software companies to offer a free first video. We only use business email addresses that the company lists publicly on its own website. We store the company name, the address, the date we wrote and any reply, only to offer the video and to know who we have written to (our legitimate interest in offering our service). We delete it 12 months after our last contact. Anyone can ask us to stop: reply "no" or write to hello@watchanddo.com, and we delete your details at once. We keep only the address on a do-not-contact list, so we never write to it again.
